I requested a withdrawal on 2/5/23 at which time I provided a Btc address on 2/15/23 I spoke with someone about the status of my request she asked me for a updated btc address which I gave then she assured me the info would be sent priority to the finance department. I checked again on 2/20/23 I was asked again for a btc address which I provided then was told the same thing it's being sent priority to the finance department. I spoke to someone on 2/25/23 he asked for a new BTC address because the other one had expired, I gave it to him and there was no response I've tried reaching out to make sure they got it but now they've stopped responding this is ridiculous it takes seconds for them to take your deposit but when you have a withdrawal you have to go through so much.

Hi Nick the last time I spoke to someone at Golden Lady Casino was 2/25/23 also I sent in all verification documents on 2/14/23 and lastly I accumulated my winnings with real money no bonus was used.
