good evening the problem and that the game was interrupted in a slot while I had won the free spins which among other things has yet to end WILD LIFE, I wrote every day also by contacting online chat, before they said that it was a problem of geocalization and history and chace, I did everything I was told but nothing, then they replied that the problem was with the operator of a technical anomaly and that they would credit me the win but then the next day they started with the usual emails saying it was a my problem. I am really stunned. I am attaching emails I received from digital game and the slot in question I hope you help me even if the payout is not much but their behavior is not right
