The player from Slovenia had his account blocked by the casino after completing his KYC due to inaccuracies in his name data. The casino refuses to allow the player to withdraw the €250 he has in his account, despite the player stating he hasn't broken any rules. Since the player wrote incorrect personal data in the registration form, we rejected the complaint.

Hey,

I have tried this website out, when I tried to withdraw the money, they wanted me to submit KYC. After Completing the KYC they blocked my account for having wrong name and last name data filled in. Support is telling me that it was mentioned in the T&C to use the correct name password, but i couldnt catch that when filling data in as the website was very glitchy for me. I have 250 euros on my blocked account, that they are not allowing me to withdraw even though i have broke no rules 🙂.

I have checked the casino's Terms and Conditions, and this is what I found:

5. OPENING YOUR ACCOUNT
5.1. In order to open an account ("Your Account") to use the Website services, you should provide your e-mail address, choose a password and fill-out the information required to complete the registration by providing us with personal information, including your name, date of birth and phone number.
5.2. To verify your identity, the Company reserves the right to request, at any time, satisfactory proof of identity. Failure to supply such documentation may result in suspension of the account.
5.3. You certify that you have provided accurate, complete and true information about yourselves upon registration and will maintain the accuracy of your information by promptly updating any registration information that may have changed. Failure to do so may result in account closure, account limitations or voiding of any transactions.

Could you please specify if you submitted your true personal data when you registered at the casino? Have you filled in a completely different name, or has there only been a small typo in your name or surname?

Hey,

what happend is first two times, i typed in my true data and after clicking save, the website glitched out and didnt save the data, third time trying to fill in my data which is needed when u try to withdraw , i quickly typed in data, cant remember what it was exactly to be honest and tried to withdraw. After trying to withdraw i got hit with the KYC, which I completed. Them fully knowing I am a legit user, they blocked my account, and not even let me withdraw. This could of happend to anyone, how is it my fault that their website is laggy and glitchy. At minimal if they were a fair company they would let me withdraw and block my account after, but they want to put in traps in their terms and piss people off.

Oh and not to mention, right after my data, I tried to change my data, but they dont let u change ur data, neither does support.

Also, to fully understand why my data might not of been entered in correctly, they have alot of data to be filled in. Everytime I would Type in my data which would take up to 3-4 minutes, the website would glitch out and not save it, me trying it for the third time and being quick with the data, just to test it again, and not waste another 3-4 minutes and back in my head fully thinking i can change the data later if it's not all correct it actually went through.

I've literally just explained why that happend, and ur answer to that is " you inserted wrong data ", what a joke of a website.
