The player from the US experienced a technical glitch where his blackjack winnings weren’t credited. Unfortunately, there wasn't any record proving that the player won, therefore we couldn't proceed with further investigation.

No I dont have evidence I played 4 hands and realized I wasn't recieving my winnings so I stoped playing. There record shows I didnt win those hands but God as my witness I absolutely won those hands. I very unhappy with this casino and at this moment I will not be recomend them to anyone else. I was duked. Not cool.
