After making a required 20€ deposit to request a withdrawal of 70€, the casino demanded that the deposit be wagered three times, which the player found unreasonable. The Complaints Team acknowledged that while the wagering requirement was not player-friendly, it was accepted as a condition of the withdrawal process. Since the player's balance had already been lost, further recourse could not be provided, and the complaint was closed.

Played their 20 no deposit spins. Won circa 103€. Verified my account. But wait: the freespins we're not a non deposit welcome bonus! Also, the winnings were confiscated, meaning that I had to withdraw only 50€, as per terms, and I should make a deposit in order to withdraw (only via fiat methods) . ! I kinda accepted it, made a deposit of 20€ via my Debit card without a bonus and requested a withdrawal of 70€.


Now these guys want me to wager the deposit 3x times! Lol.. To whom are they talking about!!

Thank you for your response. I have lost my balance already, but this so-called casino, from Softswiss and Holycorn or whatever use unfair business practices and long unjustified payouts! Can I raise a dispute against the Holycorn, outside casino.guru? Indeed I am considering it because there are casinos from this group that also have blocked my account with money!

Please note that while not entirely player-friendly, we accept the situation the wagering of your deposit is required up to 5x times even if it's a deposit made to satisfy the withdrawal conditions.

Since your balance was already played down, we can't offer further recourse. Keep in mind this requirement might also be necessary to fulfill in other online casinos under similar conditions.

Unfortunately, we don't pursue complaints against an entire operator, our Complaint Resolution Center deals with complaints aimed at particular casinos only.
