The player from United States has requested several withdrawals a month ago. Unfortunately, they haven't been received yet. Casino didn't respond.
I have 3x $100 and a $296 cashouts been 3-4 weeks keep getting it be soon every few days please help

Do I understand correctly that withdrawals are still pending inside your account without being processed? Have you been advised why you can’t withdraw your winnings? Is it an internal casino system issue, or it’s related to your account only?
It’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed, but more than a month is unusually long time.

I apologize, but since we haven’t received any response from the casino regarding the issue, we can not continue resolving this complaint and we are forced to close it as ‘unresolved’.
