I have been waiting since July 22nd, 2023 for them to pay out my withdraw request. I keep getting told increasingly longer times that it's going to take. It started with 12 to 24 hours, then 24-72, then 7-10 business days and now they won't even connect with me when I try to chat with their support team. Just completely ignoring me at this point. Yes, the amount of money is minuscule, but this is more about making a point that it's not ok to lie/deceive/steal from people. As you can see from all of my screenshots they are clearly giving me the runaround. I have many more screenshots to share but it will only let me add a finite amount. Don't hesitate to ask if you need more of them. The last photo named eurobets5 is a screenshot of my attempts to chat with support today 8/26/2023 to which I waited for 20 minutes and no one connected......but I had my cousin reach out and he connected with an agent in seconds. So that proves that they have me shadow banned from support altogether. Such a shady and terrible site that I wholeheartedly regret ever messing with. However, I’d like to emphasize that we received many complaints about delayed withdrawals from this specific gambling establishment. Regardless of many submitted cases, the casino decided to have a 'No Reaction Policy' approach to all our attempts to negotiate any kind of issues.

I can only imagine how frustrating it must be waiting for your money and not having any feedback about when you’ll receive it and I also genuinely hope that your winnings will be sent to you eventually.

Could you please advise if your winnings were achieved with the help of a bonus?

Yes, but I completed all the necessary playthrough requirements and even made a deposit to "unlock" the capability to make a withdrawal.

We have sent numerous emails and tried to communicate with live chat representatives as well as with affiliate team members. Unfortunately, all efforts to resolve any kind of issue have died as the complaints grew in numbers. We strictly recommend staying away from EuroBets Casino. I wish I could be of more help.


The casino can reopen this complaint anytime.
