I won 1500 hit withdrawal , 7 days later there's a thousand back in my account and them to tell me they can split it into smaller payments if suits them and start the process again for withdrawal of thousand . Well it's been another 8 days and they put 500 back in my account and told me to start the process again . So it will be a month wen I finally get the last 500 Becoz they decide to do smaller payments hoping that U will play the rest back through. I have not deposited since they done this and nor will I again . I have to say JOKAROOM is by far the best online casino it's payout times are the next day none of this crap

Dear Eleanor,

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your withdrawal problem. I have checked terms and conditions, and this is what I found:

"All payouts from El Royale Casino are limited to $2,500 per transaction. This limit can be adjusted by the Casino, according to the Customer Level, or as per a mutual agreement with the Customer’s VIP host."

Have you received any explanation from the casino why your payment needed to be split? You could forward any relevant communication to petronela.k@casino.guru. Additionally, please advise which payment method you have opted for? I hope we will be able to help you to resolve this issue as soon as possible. Thank you in advance for your reply.

Best regards,

Petronela
