I won money on a free chip. The wager requirement was $4,000. Which i made. I initiated a withdrawal on November 24th, and have been trying to get them to pay me ever since. I submitted requested documents on November 27th. The responded 7 days later to say j didn't do it correctly. I resubmitted documents and haven't heard a word from them. Almost daily I go on their website to chat with an agent for an update. They keep saying the same thing: it should have been approved by now and they will expedite it. But nothing happens.
