Ok to start I know you see .19 and think ok really. But it’s about the minimum deposit needed for a promo I was paying to receive as well. I use LTC for my deposit 80% of the time. Because the fee to send is so minor on a small amount that it isn’t even .01 usd. In fact it shows the fee paid in USD was .00. Well after the deposit cleared I only received 24.81 usd. And when I reached out about my 2 free promotions I was then denied due to it being under the minimum of $25. But when I went to make my deposit originally I was asked how much I wanted to deposit I put $25. It then generated an address and an amount to send them to make a $25 deposit. Sending the amount they told me to send to make a 25 deposit. Any fees or anything they pay should be on their end not mine. Well after going back and forth for the last 3-5 days. I have received several different reasons why I received less then $25. Every time I would show that wasn’t the case they then would say another. I even went to 5 different sites to see what the price of the coin was when I sent it. ( which is definitely less then they value they give all across the board). And I asked them just to do simple math that maybe the site made an error. But simple math is never ever wrong. And plug in the numbers yourself in a calculator to see what it comes out to. Take the amount that they physically received which was .38288305 and the price of the coin at that moment in time. 71.01. And it comes out to 25.06. It’s funny when they say fluctuations in the coin is blamed for receiving less money. But not one time have I ever been paid more then my deposit for when it raises. Only less when it supposed lowers. I have clearly proved in several ways that they are incorrect. I just want the promos I paid for. Nothing more then what I was to receive

Hello I do play what I deposited. As far as a refund goes they told me they can not issue refunds. That I have to play it due to certain laws or terms they have. They did offer me a $10 bonus stating the $30 free chip is no longer available. But oddly they are running the same promo for any depositing players today. I asked for them to break down the Payne they received to show me how it ended up to be so different then what I sent, and what my exchange said the coin was worth compared to what they had. And of course they couldn’t. In one email they took ownership of it and said I was entitled to the $30 free chip. But they never added it. And when I reached out for them too they said I already claimed it 3 weeks ago. But that’s a chip they give everyone to play there new games. Nothing to do with this one. And then they still won’t add it. Is there anyway I can submit the emails of our conversation?
