The player from Pennsylvania had requested a withdrawal prior to submitting this complaint. Unfortunately, their winnings hadn't been received yet. The Complaints Team had advised the player to wait for at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawal before submitting a complaint. They extended the timer for the player's response by 7 days. However, due to the player's lack of response to the team's messages and questions, the complaint had been rejected.

I had requested to make a withdraw after a deposit and winning, ever since then the withdraw was cancelled multiple times even after account verification process through HooYu. I have contacted email support team and they provided me an email documents@dreamscasino.com to further email my ID and wait for a code but every time it was saying it could not send and have tried multiple emails multiple times and they are always telling me the same thing, did you send the email even after I told them about the problem. I have since sent to documents@mydreamscasino.com and still not a thing after multiple days. This is very problematic as they give you the idea of winning but never give away the win. I am assuming they are giving me the run around waiting for my money to disappear since this is on multiple occasions with multiple amounts.

However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, we will intervene and do our best to help you.
