Dear CasinoGuru,


I have a problem with Deloro casino. Allthough the chat support is very kind, in my case I had to contact the mail support team. I want to give the casino a chance to solve it together, since the chat support was helpful and nice to me. Unfortunately it has been 2(!!!!) weeks without receiving an answer with a solution. Could you help me with this matter? I have send many mails in the meantime, because I'm scared that the casino is ignoring me. I only got a mail back that their office is very busy. But after 2 weeks there is still no answer. I'm asking for a response with a solution a.s.a.p. since I'm already waiting for two weeks.
