Ciao vorrei dirvi il mio problema avevo vinto 800€ in Bitcoin e volevo fare un prelievo però me lo anno rifiutato perché mi anno detto che oh acoount duplicati però mio fratello avevo il suo account personale dato che lui non aveva telefono e la fatto con il mio e anche lui a Vito e anche il suo lo anno disabilitato e adessso non so cosa fare mi potete aiutare perfavore

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your problem. I checked the casino’s T&Cs (https://www.cryptowild.com/terms-and-conditions) and I found this:

„Each player can create only one (1) personal account.

Creating multiple Player Accounts by a single player can lead to termination of all such accounts. The player shall not provide access to their Player Account or allow using the Website to any third party including but not limited to minors. Disposable email addresses are not accepted.

Any returns, winnings or bonuses which the player has gained or accrued during such time as the Duplicate Account was active may be reclaimed by us, and players undertake to return to us on demand any such funds which have been withdrawn from the Duplicate Account."

Please, could you indicate whether you have accumulated winnings from a bonus play? Have you passed the KYC?
