The player from Belarus had requested a withdrawal prior to submitting this complaint. Unfortunately, their winnings hadn't been received yet. The player had reported multiple cancellations of their withdrawal requests by the casino, despite numerous attempts. After 19 days since the first withdrawal request and 11 days since the last attempt, the player finally received their payment from the casino. The issue had therefore been successfully resolved.

Hello!

Please help me, the casino doesn't pay me.

I used the first deposit bonus. I only played slots.

Amount - 1.142 LTC

I put it on withdrawal on 07.03. and then I received an email demanding verification.

10.03. I have passed verification and received an email about it from the casino.

I also received an email that my withdrawal has been canceled and I need to do it again.

I was betting on withdrawal

11.03. - cancelled, asked to order again (some mistake)

12.03 - cancelled (wrong address of the crypto wallet - I'm sure it's not true)

14.03. - canceled (wrong address of the crypto wallet - I'm sure it's not true)

15.03. - my money withdrawal just disappeared.

and starting from 15.03. I made the 6th attempt withdrawal and this withdrawal has the pending status.

It has been 14 days since my first attempt to withdraw my money, they had a lot of time for any checks.


please help me!

However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, we will intervene and do our best to help you.

Thank you for your attention to my problem!

I understand your position about 14 days and it is reasonable.

But the casino cancels my money withdrawals.

I have to do it over and over again, then how do I count how many days have passed? I've already made the 6th attempt!

This may be an ugly trick from the casino!
