The player's withdrawal is delayed for more than 4 months. The complaint has been closed as 'unresolved' because the casino failed to reply and cooperate in resolving the complaint. There was no progress even two weeks after the casino was notified about the player's complaint.

I am owed 3 different payouts , total amount of $1,795.00 from crazyluck casino.


Earliest payout pending since May 29, 2022.


Its been 4 1/2 months and counting. Ive been asked to give an "updated btc address" atleast 15 times.


I have gotten every excuse under the sun.


Worst part after being in que for 2 months waiting they tell me one day "Thanks for waiting , give us an updated BTC, its getting processed"…. so i do that… and also make a new deposit, lose it… few days goes by, I never get any payout. I ask and suddenly im back to the que. And they will let me know.


I was told over and over that it would be paid within a few days, and was being processed. Only to have the week past, and check in, and be right back to square 1.


I even had Chat agent Dean tell me and i quote, "Winning players are NOT entitled to be paid." -that was interesting. Still have the screen shots of the convo. I told him that seems to be the problem,they dont believe the owe or need to pay anyone.


Worst part I just wanna play. But also wanna know if im able win at all, I will be paid. If anyone can help I would be forever grateful!!

Could you please advise since when is your account fully verified? Did you accumulate your winnings with real money or did you use a bonus? When was the last time you spoke to the casino and what was it about?

Hey Nick, sincerely appreciate the response and trying to help me etc.

I got approved from crazyluck back in November 2020.


I accumulated my winnings from bonuses. Ive played online a lot the past few years, and have learned to carefully read the terms many time to understand all aspects, like rollover, timelimits, max winnings, etc.


I contact them 2-3 times per week inquiring. Its ALWAYS the same generic BS messages.... telling me to "check my email and will get update shortly!"


Theyve even told me COUNTLESS times, send us your updated btc address, its going to be processed by end of the week....end of the week comes and its never sent. Then next week i will inquire and im back to the que, with no end in sight.


its rinse and repeat lately with the above.


I am owed 3 seperate payouts.

May 29,2022 for $653.00

May 30, 2022 for $504.00

June 16, 2022 for $628.00

We would like to ask the Casino to reply to this complaint. We are extending the timer by 7 days. If the casino fails to respond in the set time frame, we will close the complaint as ‘unresolved’ which may negatively affect its rating.

Did you receive your withdrawals or has the casino contacted you about them by any chance?

The last information I have from last week is that your case was escalated to the finance department, but I have had no response from the casino since.

No I have not received anything.

Everytime we talk they tell me the same line about being escalated etc


thats their "game". Keep telling you it’s coming but never does. I’ve been told 100 times it’s been escalated … another 50 times was being processed .


all sorts of lies and bs from crazy luck casino when it came to paying me out any of my winnings

Unfortunately, we have come to a point, where we are not able to move forward with this complaint. We have sent numerous emails and tried to communicate with casino representatives as well as with affiliate team members and although they appeared to be willing to cooperate at the beginning, it somehow stopped and ended in not responding. Unfortunately, all efforts to resolve any kind of issue were unsuccessful. There is not much that can be done now without the casino's cooperation. Crazy Luck Casino has several cases closed as "No Reaction Policy," which clearly shows the casino is not interested in cooperating with us.

Sadly, we are forced to close your complaint as "unresolved." This will affect the overall rating of the casino.

I understand this isn't a satisfactory solution to your issue however, the decrease in rating caused by unresolved complaints could change the casino's approach.


We can only recommend you to take a moment and read a review of each casino before you start playing in the future and only play in licensed casinos with a good rating.

We wish we could be of more help.
