The payout was commissioned on 1/5/23. Account was not verified yet. Payout according to customer service on 1/9/23. Withdrawals have taken a maximum of 2 days in the past. Waited for the alleged 10 processing days. Since then, the finance department is said to be looking for the money. Evidence of no payment being received has been submitted.

Could you please advise if your account has been fully verified since the time you requested your withdrawal? Have you been advised why your withdrawal is delayed? Is it an internal casino system issue, or it’s related to your account only?
