The player's account got blocked without any explanation. The complaint was rejected as the player stopped responding.
I placed a deposit and was looking forward to playing with christmas bonuses that they sent me in an email. After winning a good amount of money I kept getting a wrong password error so I spent 2 days trying to sign on. No way of getting answers, when I reached out by email I was just told my account was closed I have no idea why. Funny they took all my money but now wont pay me pretty shady.
