The player confirmed that the withdrawal had been canceled and the amount had been returned to his casino balance. After the Complaints Team's intervention and communication with the casino, the player confirmed that he had received his winnings. As a result, his complaint had been successfully resolved.

I used a $25 no deposit chip. I have been approved since February 26. I was conned into sending a bitcoin deposit for $10 and then was canceled. February 26 I was notified my cash was on t he way

Yes the 11 dollars was added to my casino balance

They had prior that had submitted for exactly $111 because 100 was the min and the max. Then I was approved later that month and yes I contacted support
