am trying to withdraw money but i cant . first i choose to withdraw with my card its a option in cookie casino but they say sorry but you cant some problems but never explain why?? my account its verify i did send all require documents and they aproved. i try also with bank transfer but also my request was cancel , its 2 options to withdraw with bank transfer one its saying minimum its 500 euro but second its 250 euro so i choose this one and also was cancel . they suggested to withdraw noney with trustly but they don hae my Bunq Bank at the list .

I feel like its only one way winning ! please help with that , thank you

Please understand, that the variety and accessibility of payment methods are not managed by the casino exclusively. Several factors as the Licensing Authority, geolocation, contracts with the payment providers, and bank restrictions, all have a major influence. Therefore this doesn’t necessarily have to be the casino’s mistake.
