I claimed a bonus that was you receive a $200 free in chips if you deposit at least $25. The kicker of course is a $7000 playthrough requirement and cannot withdraw more than the $200 plus what you deposited. I fulfilled my playthrough and had > $200 + my deposit amount. Awesome right! NO every time I try and withdraw I get the same generic error message. Their online chat is very unresponsive and basically reply sporadically to try again stating "system updates" or "technical problems". I read another users review and his experience read pretty much identical to mine. I will continue to attempt to get the funds I'm owed but glad I know about this site because I'll always check before playing any other site.
