The player from Arizona had requested a withdrawal less than two weeks before submitting this complaint. Her money hadn't been received yet. We had advised her to wait for two full weeks for the withdrawal to be processed and to not cancel the withdrawal request as it could have caused further delays. Despite extending the complaint period twice and asking for additional information regarding her withdrawal history and KYC verification, the player did not respond. As a result, we were unable to further investigate the issue and had to reject the complaint.

my first request was 11/26/2023 for 400.00 a week went by and nothing i sent request and emails still nothing i cancelleed it and request another withdrawl for 100.00 on dec.7 2023 and not received anthing this is suppose to be through bitcoin.

However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, we will intervene and do our best to help you.
