So a few days ago I made an account on this site cause they were giving free bonus for new users. While signing up I accidentally gave a wrong email address which I didn't knew at that time cause they don't have any verification on signing up. So now that I want to withdraw my money, I just can't cause I need to verify that Gmail. They don't need verification on deposit. So it's the issue I don't have that Gmail nor I remember the gmail completely while singing up. Now that I want them to change the email, they just keep ignoring me. I have a balance of 148$ and it is stuck since 2 weeks now and the support is dead both on site and kn discord server. Although I am able to login into the account with the username and password and 2FA.

Could you please explain in more detail whose email address you used when registering for this account? Is this some random address or does it belong to someone you know? Or did you make a typo and your correct email address is very similar to the one you used for registration?

Actually, I was typing my email but due to some mistakes from my side I entered a wrong email that I really cannot remember. But I did not know I made a mistake because they don't have any type of email verification system while signing up. Now that I want to change it, I just cannot because it needs the current email to change it to a new email. Although I am able to login with the username and password. I asked the support several times about this but no reply

When you go to your profile, you should be able to see the email address you submitted during registration. Go to "Security" settings - "Reset Email" and please send me the screenshot with the email address clearly visible. You can send it directly here in the thread (I will set the picture as private) or to my email address veronika.l@casino.guru.

No, I haven't but I can definitely do them without an issue. But the main issue is, for withdraw you don't need to be verified with documents, but you have to verify your email you used during sighing up. That I don't remember, I told the site support to change my email, I have everything in my hands from password to 2FA but they still not helping be any bit. I don't know why they are not letting me change my email
