The player from Portugal was unable to withdraw his remaining balance of approximately 1300USDT from Chips.gg. The casino had claimed that some of his bets were 'value bets' and had requested that he wager about 6k USDT before he could make further withdrawals. No evidence of 'value betting' or KYC request had been provided by the casino. The player also stated that he used no bonuses and that all bets were placed on the sportsbook. However, we were unable to assist as our expertise was limited to online casino-related issues and did not extend to sports betting. We advised the player to seek help from websites that specialize in sports betting issues and offered to provide a list of such websites.

Chips.gg claims I made a ton of "value bets" and have only allowed me to withdraw 750USDT of my balance. There are still around 1300USDT left and they say I would need to 10X in turnover because some of the bets were "value bets" as they claim.


In this case, I was trying to withdraw another 600USDT and they say I would have to wager about 6k USDT to proceed.


So far, no evidence of "value betting" was given, no KYC was asked, there was just a cap imposed on my withdraw limit.


Live support agent says he will get back to me when he gets answers from the sportsbook team.

Hey,


all of the bets were placed on sportsbook;


no bonuses were ever used;


correspondence was through live chat only;


Also, I just recieved a message from live chat saying the sportsbook team won't share which bets placed my account under suspicion.
