Hello! On 19/10/23, I logged into the casino (highly recommended by several streamers from Argentina) with a deposit of 3000 USDT. The initial slot paid out well, and I quickly amassed approximately 7100 USDT. I attempted to withdraw, but due to the turnover rule, I had to wager an additional 3000 to proceed. I contacted support once again, and they told me they weren't sure why but that another ticket had been opened for me. Over 24 days have passed with no word about my withdrawal and why I was blocked.

I didn't use any bonuses and only played on a maximum of 7 slots. I was concerned and learned later about the numerous complaints and how many users are accused of fraud and not paid.. I trusted the streamers.


Additionally, I have a friend - a representative for streamers - with direct contact who was told that I am being accused of fraud due to supposed late bet multi-accounting and multi-IP. As if I had prior knowledge of sports betting and took advantage of the casino's delay in receiving information. None of these accusations are true. I only use my mobile phone with 4G data or my home wi-fi to play. I also do not engage in sports betting.

Another note, only today was I able to message their licensing provider gaming-curacao because previously their webpage didn't work. They have not replied yet.

I am desperate and don't know what to do. I play at other casinos and never experienced anything like this.
