The player from Lithuania has requested a withdrawal less than two weeks prior to submitting this complaint. The payment hasn’t been processed yet. The complaint was rejected because the player didn't respond to our messages and questions.

Hi,



I had done a lot of deposits at that casino mavy for 1500+- per one week, but deposis was only for 50-200euros per time.


I had good withdraw for 3000eur.


After that i do more depostis maby 1000-1500 in few days. But deposits per time was same 50-200eur


My maximum win was 8000eur, but i decided to cash out 3000eur.



Buty withdraw was canceled because when had 8000eur, i tried to.play roulete in big moneys, i do a few spins for +-200euros, but i didint win .


Casino says to my that that was bad, and that few unlucky spins canceled all my 3000eur withdraw.... They transfer me only my last deposit 135eur...

They canceled mine withdraw and transfer.me.only 135eur. Thats ir. 2865eur was deleted, because i do a few to big spins on roulete game, but i dont won there....
