The player from Australia had requested a withdrawal prior to submitting this complaint. Unfortunately, his winnings hadn't been received yet. Despite the efforts of the Complaints Team to contact him and extend the response time, the player failed to respond to the team's messages and queries. As a result, we were unable to further investigate the issue and had no choice but to reject the complaint.

I deposited using XRP. Had a small win and went to cash out and a Red box popped up saying is invalid.

Contacted live chat and they told me to do a bank withdrawal instead so I did.

A day and a half later they cancel it saying I have to withdrawal via the same method I deposited. So I try again and again and the same red box appears saying is invalid, which means I cannot withdraw my money. Contacted support again and keep getting the run around with the same answers saying change browser clear history etc which I did every time, and now they are ignoring me.

I even sent them my XRP wallet address to see if they can manually do it and they are still ignoring me, not giving any other options.

From what I have seen, there is other people having this issue also which is not fair gaming from a supposedly licenced casino.

They are defanitely blocking any attempt I make to withdrawal my money and telling contradicting stories

However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, we will intervene and do our best to help you.
