The player from Germany has been accused of breaching sports betting rules. The casino voided all associated winnings. We were forced to reject this complaint as we are not able to help with sports betting complaints.
The provider Campeonbet has deducted € 370 in sports winnings due to alleged casino bonus violations (see Appendix I). The winnings resulted from sports betting and the bonus conditions had been fulfilled for a long time. The provider is not able to name the corresponding conditions, which he is referring to, and no longer answers. I only received an email in which something was explained to me that the bonus conditions had not been met (see attachment "Mail").
The supposedly unfulfilled bonus was 50 FS at € 0.25, i.e. 12.50 (see Appendix II). In order to receive this bonus, I made an extra deposit of € 60 (Appendix I).
De facto, the provider deducts sports betting winnings from me in the amount of € 370, as allegedly casino bonus conditions (equivalent of € 12.5) were not met, for which I also made a separate deposit of € 60 anyway.
I have never used any other casino bonuses.
At the moment, completely surprisingly, I see that the provider has credited me again with € 100 (Annex I). But it is still missing € 270. I cannot understand this completely non-transparent business conduct.
Dear Joe,
After reading your complaint we’ve realized that this complaint is sports betting related, but please correct me if I am wrong. As you might know, our forum Casino.guru, deals with the complaints regarding online casinos only. I understand it must be difficult for you, but unfortunately, we don’t have enough insight to take on this kind of issue. Please, do not hesitate to let me know if there is anything else I could help you with.
Thank you very much for your understanding.
Best regards,

Hello Kristina,
Thanks for the quick reply; I specify: I am accused of violating bonus conditions in the casino . This "violation" was "offset" against my (entire) winnings from sports betting. So it already affects the online casino, especially since this casino bonus was the only active bonus at all.
Incidentally, the € 60 deposited to get the free play bonus was not deducted from me.
Incidentally, the provider doesn't give me an answer as to what the specific violation should have been (I didn't break any rule), nor does he explain to me how he would have proceeded if I hadn't had a betting credit.
Thank you for your reply, Joe. I understand your frustration, and that you played with a casino bonus, however, you yourself confirmed in your initial message that your winnings have been accumulated by placing sports betting bets, and these winnings have been confiscated.
Even though we would really like to help, unfortunately, this is not a case we can further investigate. After gathering all the necessary information we are forced to reject this complaint. Sorry we were not able to help you with this one, but please, do not hesitate to contact us in the future, if you run into any issues with this or any other casino and we will try our best to help.
