Cafe casino has continuously rigged my account. They make it so I have no chance to win. I have several phone recordings on the screen being locked out so I can’t see it, manipulating the spins by barely rotating and/or letting it spin until they hit the spin button again so that it’s a different outcome. You can see it on the screen where it’s pressed again while you’re playing. I’ve tried to make other accounts after this happened. I know I’m not suppose to but I had no choice if I wanted a fair playing field. But I know exactly when they alter that account because it starts to act like my original account where they have altered every aspect of my gaming experience


I reach out & I get a email that says acknowledgement & nothing else. It’s automated. Apparently I had chargebacks that I wasn’t aware of back in 2022 & I paid that in full as soon as they told me.


They have no reason to be shady

I sent a couple e mails to you of screen recordings. You can’t deny those videos. Licking me off instantly when I hit 3 scatters, them clearly clicking the spin button to stop in my game while I play & the screen going blank & awarding nothing isn’t proof?

Thank you for your reply, trentoncp. A short video recording doesn't prove that games are rigged. Please understand that in order to proceed with a case like this where a player claims the casino has rigged games, we need bulletproof evidence. This can be an extensive game history consisting of hundreds of lost deposits without any winnings, or other proof that the casino doesn't use an official domain for games. I am sorry, but, we are not able to proceed with further investigation without strong supporting evidence therefore, I am forced to close this complaint.

If you do not agree with our decision, you can always contact the licensing authority, or specific game providers as they both have more options and tools to investigate issues like this.
