I used this bitcoin address that I hit the copy button on their website last nite at 255am and they are telling me that they never generated that bitcoin address and so my money is just lost and apparently Im lying about copying and pasting from their website heres the address they gave me. And I didnt just write it in it was copied so I deffinitely didnt put the wrong numbers in by accident and I havent played a casino in weeks so it didnt come from anywhere else. They dont back up anything at this casino. Dont play here.

Also I couldntget screenshots of my first conversations because they disconnected from me on purpose theres way to many screenshots from the 2nd conversation but Im going to send as many as your system will let me

I would like to warn you, that if your deposit has never been credited to your casino account, the only thing you can do is to contact your payment provider. They need to investigate, but bear in mind, that it’s a lengthy process that takes approximately one month. In these cases, the casino has its hands tied. Meanwhile, I would strongly recommend not to deposit any more funds until the issue is sorted.

  • Could you please advise if the e-wallet address to deposit funds into your account was visible on the casino’s website for all the players or if you were provided a unique one when opening the account?
  • Was it your first deposit in this casino?

Its deff not my first time depositing and it was a generated address I would like you to go ahead and close this complaint as Im hoping Cafe Casino will work with me. I wouldnt even be closed to the idea of getting half of my money back. Thank you for your help. Hopefully Cafe casino will work with me. Thank you for your time.
