The player from United States had his winnings from sports betting capped. We rejected the complaint because the player didn't respond to our messages and questions.
I won $460.50 but only qualified to receive $150.10 based on the fact that they cap winnings at 300-1 for certain lower tier racetracks. I was then charged $5 to withdraw my remaining $180.62 balance which will only take about two weeks to DIRECT DEPOSIT into my checking account; worst gambling site out there.
