I really enjoyed playing on this site. Navigation was easy and is a platform many cookie cutter casinos use.
I actually won $4k CAD and wanted to withdraw it. I had only made a few deposits so I wasn’t sure if they would ask for Verification. Sure enough they did and cancelled my withdrawal back to my balance. Identification and address approval was no problem then came verification of my Payment. Sent anything and everything I had(PDFs, screenshots, email receipts from transaction) and it was all rejected. They had an issue with how my Bank of Montreal statement was formatted. It did not comply with their requirements. How in F$&?! Name am I supposed to change the format? Ask the bank to change their system. These people are nuts or they are doing on purpose to delay payment.
In the end I blew my whole balance that I built up to 10k CAD because they said they will not accept the statement as formatted. My bank won’t change the statement and I was about to explode trying to explain over and over that I can’t produce documents that are not available.
Cancelled account. Good riddance.

Great game selection but very low RTP. I can’t comment on how their withdrawals are because after depositing more than 1500 I haven’t won anything compared to other sites. I chose their Silver wheel bonus on a few occasions and once it didn’t apply and all and the other time it glitched and wouldn’t stop spinning to land on anything, I reloaded the page and the wheel was locked and I was told nothing was won. I got to VIP status quickly but my VIP never responded to my first issue with the wheel. There are plenty of better sites out there where you don’t go through your deposit in 10 minutes without any wins. I don’t believe any of their messages about people having big wins here.

I made a deposit almost 2 weeks ago and it has not reached my account. I was told by their customer service team that this can sometimes happen and to wait 3-5 days for the funds to be returned to my account.

After 5 days, the funds still have not reached either account and I’ve been told to be patient and wait. They advised that they reached out to my bank and confirmed with my bank that they have not.

They refuse to answer my questions around how long this will take to resolve and how precedent cases have been resolved in the past.

Recently I was told to stop asking for updates which I think is completely rude especially when they’ve been avoiding my questions and have told me bold faced lies.

Almost two weeks later and they are making me feel like this is my fault and still continue to ask me to be patient. I’m sure if they were missing $300 for almost 2 weeks, they definitely wouldn’t be patient.

It’s sad that it has come down to this but their customer service is shit, rude and condescending. They literally asked me not to speak to my bank and they would sort this out but haven’t done anything on their end. I’ve also asked for proof that they have actioned ANYTHING on their end and they continue to dodge this.

Be away from this casino and do not try to go further more and be loyal to them. Because the more you play and start to win and get loyal to them the more they neglect you and try to find any reason or excuse to prevent you from withdrawal of your money. even I reach the level 137 out of 176 levels as loyal member and VIP member they seemed to decide to get rid of me by indirect way. They have refused to verify my recent bank card finding any excuse. They even do not review my new uploaded documents to verify the card . Documents are stuck there with pending status and under review for long time now and when I request withdrawal they reject it immediately while their majesty refuse to review my verification documents. their majesty even believe that they are above any kind of criticization and sitting in their tower and do not care neither about whatever I have complained nor about how many times i have complained. Last year got a nice experience but this year its terrible. No more interesting. I think that when you win one time , after your always lose . They are dishonest in their troubleshooting to always reflect that the customer is in the wrong, and 8 know that is a fine line as you are partaking in gambling

Just a greedy entity with no morals

I cleared over 60 levels of their loyalty program when asked where my bonuses are they say I "switched them off" which never happened as I've never even SEEN the button they speak of where you turn your loyalty program bonuses on and off? Why would anyone do that? There's no benefit to it ...

I'm on my 7th deposit here now - I've never won anything here. Which in itself might not be too bad with "only" 7 deposits, but on this side my balance goes up without even a twitch. Bonus features are an unattainable dream. I don't know what's wrong here, but something is terribly wrong here... my record was 5 minutes to empty the balance. I have never felt so embarrassed in a casino. Live Support + VIP Managers seem to be bots or at least respond bot-assisted.

So I can't understand all these great reviews. You want to deposit IMMEDIATELY but the money isn't credited IMMEDIATELY. Then why do I offer something like this? The support is nice, but nothing more. You don't really get any help from them.
