The player's withdrawal is delayed for 5 days. The complaint was closed as the player stopped responding.
I've been waiting for my payouts of 500€ for over 5 days. In total it's 700€, the support always writes the same answers "that you have to check the money before you release it" but nothing happens, the support just stops last time it took me 2 1/2 weeks to pay out 330€ absolute cheek.

Could you please advise if your account is already verified and is yes, since when exactly? Did you accumulate your winnings with real money or did you use a bonus? When was the last time you spoke to the casino and what was it about?

Thank you for the feedback, I had already verified myself in 2021, but in 2021 I only paid in. In June 2022, I had €830 paid out, if I remember correctly that was my first payout, and it took over 2 weeks. This month, I won a little something and I want to cash out this money. Today I got an email that I have to verify my account, uploaded my documents directly there, and got the message that the documents have arrived and are being checked. As I write this, I received an email that my account was successfully verified. That sounds good. I deposited €400 real money via Klarna and made a profit of €7000 without bonuses. Last contact was today when I asked about my withdrawals, there I got the same answer as always "They are still in the process of completion, there is just a high traffic volume at the moment".
Please note that we always recommend to wait at least 14 days to receive a payout after the verification has been finished. As they are still within that time frame, I can really only advise to wait and let us know within a week if it's arrived.
