I won free games many many free games on .10 $1 and $1.50 and my account was not credited properly this happend more than once the casino wrongfully claims there is no abnormalities and the spins were credited properly despite strong photographic evidence to the contrary. Including time stamp.


i’m missing dozens of spins. no bonus was used. I approximate my winnings due to the volume of spins and bet size at minimum $300.

When exactly did these issue start to occur? What exactly did the casino respond to it? Did you also contact the gaming provider?

Please note that unless a game is not created directly by the casino, they can do nothing about it. The best solution would be to contact directly the game provider as they are able to access your full gaming long and check what might have happen.

March 1 3:52 PM the casino claims they sent it to the game provider and they say there are no errors.

Unfortunately, from the provided screenshots it is impossible to tell if the free spins were credited or no as there are 10's of minutes between them so they can't take it as a relevant proof. Did the casino forward you the statement of the game provider?
