The player from Ukraine has been accused of opening multiple accounts. The casino has detected that the player used a third party person's payment method to withdraw the funds, and the complaint was closed as "rejected".

bspin.io casino are SCAM and do not pay out the winnings from the bonus.
After fulfilling all the conditions of the welcome bonus, and applying for a withdrawal of funds, they simply blocked the account and, accordingly, I did not receive any winnings.
They argue this with fictitious violations that have nothing to do with me, just not to pay the winnings.
Received a bonus for registering 20 free spins in the game Fruit Zen. I played the bonus wager, everything is as it should be. Didn't break any of the rules. I put the winnings for withdrawal, and after a few hours, when I tried to log into my account, I got a message that the account was blocked for violations
I contacted support to clarify the reason, to which I received an answer that I violated 3 points of the rules (I attached a photo).
But this is an absolute lie. This is my first time on this site, and I don’t have any duplicates and never had. Yesterday I first learned about the existence of this site. And I am a million percent sure that I have 1 account and there are no others and never have been. They just don't want to pay and come up with reasons not to pay.
I ask casino.guru for help in resolving this issue, and withdrawing the winnings.
I also recommend not to contact this casino, if you win, you may find yourself in the same situation. I don’t know how they pay out from deposits, but they don’t disdain from a bonus to even brazenly lie so as not to pay
