The player's verification is delayed for unknown reason. The complaint was resolved as the player got verified.
They are taking forever to verify my account. I sent all the ID in required and gave them my email and username registered with the account. I don't ever write complaints but this is the only casino i have had issues with.
they said: Unfortunately, we cannot find an active account linked to your email address, all communication with the casino must be done exclusively via a registered e-mail address.

Could you please advise since when exactly is the verification process ongoing? Which documents have been already approved and which ones not? When was the last time you spoke to the casino and what was it about?
