The player from Georgia has submitted a withdrawal request less than two weeks prior to contacting us. Winnings haven’t been obtained up to this day. Unfortunately, the player decided she was no longer interested in our help, therefore, we rejected this complaint.

So the casino blew me off for weeks. Then I received an email telling me that they are sending me $600. I’m owed $1700. I called and they said they reserve the right to send what amount they deem appropriate. This was a bonus I made a deposit with completed the playthrough and they refuse to send my balance owed to me. This is clearly cheating and stealing. They returned balance to my account because they want me to play it so they don’t have to pay me. Can you help???

However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, we will intervene and do our best to help you.

Kristina funny you should ask. They flat out told me on the phone they were only sending $600 I file a complaint band I receive an email telling me they sent my Bitcoin. Thank you guys again

They paid me the remaining money and since I contacted you for assistance they basically blocked me from further play by removing my Bitcoin deposit option so that only credit card remains and they say I’m not allowed to use credit cards because of 3rd party restrictions. People should be careful playing with them
