I have been playing bovada, which they are also tied in with ignition, and casino cafe. They are very trust worthy sites and I've won 5 to 10 grand a few times with them. I loved playing there. So I got free play all the time because I did deposit with them almost every day. I didn't even go to my local casinos anymore. I was Tru to bovada. And so one evening I called into customer service to get a free bonus and the first 3 times I called the same rep answered stating they couldn't hear me at all. So I'd hang up and call back. I did it 4 times and finally the 4th time the same rep answered every time. Now the first 3 times the rep kept saying they couldn't hear but when I would talk to them asking if they could hear me they would say no I can't hear u. So the rep could in fact hear me amd honestly I starting cursing the 2nd and 3rd time dogging that rep which is very important because this rep the 4th call in a row could finally hear me. Now I called in so much around the same time tha I got to know many of the reps and I'm the joking kind and they always was cool. Well until this time. So after the rep apologized up n down about the not hearing me due to their issue on their side I asked for my free bonus, this rep while looking into my bonus asked what I would be doing this weekend. Now I was laughing when I said this to them...."I'll be working all weekend since I have a lil addiction to gambling" and kept laughing and the rep even kinda chuckled. Which maybe I shouldn't have said that even jokingly but I've said stuff like that b 4 to other reps and there was no issues. So rep puts me on hold and comes back on and says Lindsey I've just closed your account indefitantly forever due to your comment about your gambling addiction. I reply back, u gotta be joking right? I explained I was joking when I said it and I know the rep herd me laughing Caswell. I was told they take that very seriously and there's nothing I could do to change it. Now I'm not gonna lie I got pissed which I'm sure anyone would since I was so loyal to this casino and its affiliates and when I contacted a supervisor they were hateful to me and wouldn't accept I was joking. I asked if the phone call had been recorded and I was told yes. So I said go back and listen to it u can tell I'm joking in it. They wouldn't budge and that was that. I've written into them multiple times with no avail. They keep sending me back things saying I hope u get help with your addiction and b.s. like that which just pisses me off more so. I pay my bills every month and what I have left over yes I do play slots, poker, black jack. That's the only entertainment I enjoy in my free time amd that's so not fair to me. And if they were so much taking addiction seriously then why did they let me put money on my account every day for 2 years? I would think that's a sign of addiction Caswell but they kept taking my damn money didnt they? I'm like ready to sue them over this. I can't speak to anyone high up about it and it's very annoying. And I was deactivated on ignition and casino Cafe aswell. Thus is the only place I know I could play Texas hold em poker and really enjoyed this. I've been really upset over this. Like they took my only happiness away from me and I've tried other casinos online and just can't find the same games I liked on bovada. I won 2500 on casino and slots a few weeks ago and then found out I could only cash out 350 cuz I only get 10xs what I deposit. See bovada doesn't do that crap, if u play through 40xs on their bonus u can cash out for 10 grand. Guess I finally found out what a sticky bonus is with that pathetic casino and slots casino. Then they marked me as a skilled player because I withdrew that 35p and another 1 for 114 bucks and now I'm supposedly a skilled lot player which idk how that can be when it's by chance but I haven't hit anything since then at that place. That's why I want to stay with bovada. And I need your help to do it. I have emails from their cust service and I'm not gonna lie I cursed alot cuz I'm so mad. I been trying to upload screenshots of the emails but it's saying failed. I can forward them to u all if u email me

Could you please advise since when was your account verified? Did you have any remaining real money balance on your casino account when it got closed? If yes, did the casino mention anything about withdrawing balance?

Please note that the casino may close your account if they suspect addiction even if you did you just joke about it and nobody can do anything against it. You should be able to withdraw your remaining balance but nobody can force them to reopen the account.
