The player from the United States has referred a friend. However, the referral bonus wasn’t given to the player, even after several attempts to contact the casino. We rejected the complaint because the player didn't respond to our messages and questions.

Hi now bovada casino trying to screw me over on the refer a friend bonus everytime I refer someone I or the person I referred gets accused of going against the refer a friend rules 4 times now and they won't send me the proof and won't tell me what I did wrong.I know I didn't do nothing wrong I follow the rules I don't lie cheat and I've been a loyal deposioting player on bovada for 2 years now very frustrated that I'm accused of something I didn't do

I follow all the refer a friend rules.O have been trying to get this issue resolved since last month and they will never tell me what rule I didn't follow and won't show me no proof.I am owed the refer a friend bonus.They always tell me to refer a friend bonus to get free cash bonus so I do and this happens everytime this is the 4th refer a friend referral I've done and not one has issued me the bonus owed to me.Why does this site want to cheat me out of what is owed to me ?

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your problem. I have checked promotional terms and conditions, and this is what I found (here):


"Refer A Friend - Terms & Conditions

...

To be eligible for a Refer-a-Friend bonus, the referring player must have at least one successful deposit of $20 or more in their Bovada account prior to the referred friend opening and funding their account with a qualifying first deposit of $20 or more.

The Refer-a-Friend bonus is intended to reward existing players for introducing "NEW" customers to Bovada and as such, any abuse of the referral program will not be tolerated. Examples include but are not limited to:

  • Opening an account solely for the purpose of obtaining a referral bonus.
  • The usage of VoIPs, a VPN, proxy or similar service that masks or manipulates the identification of your real location.
  • If we are unable to validate each players’ individuality or if the new referred accounts are not considered genuine.
  • The referring player or referred friend are considered bonus abusers.

Bovada.lv reserves the right to restrict eligibility for Refer-a-Friend bonuses, forfeit winnings, or carry out further sanctions on an account if it is found to be in violation of any of the herein mentioned terms.

If a referred player is found to be violating any terms of service, your account may also be negatively affected.

"Hi I have did the kyc verification on a couple other sites not sure if I did one or not on bovada.i followed all the rules I've been on bovada 2 years now and they have did this to me 3-4 other times where I didn't get my bonuses.Im owed that money.I hope you can get this issue fixed asap.
