Upon requesting further information from the player, he stopped responding. Consequently, the complaint has been rejected.

This casino is continuously avoiding (not giving) my cashback i.e 7% VIP PREMIUM WEEKLY CASHBACK from last month, the last month I lost around 2800 INR and I was supposed to receive the 7% VIP PREMIUM WEEKLY CASHBACK on Monday but don't give me and when I complaint at their Customer support they provided me a ticket no and told me to wait and now it's been more than 25 days I am still waiting for my cashback..... The last week I lost around 6500 INR and I was supposed to receive the cashback on Monday i.e on today but again they are telling me to wait. Please help me with this.

The last time they provided me the Cashback bonus was 1 month ago but after that they never gave me any bonus till now , in the chat box the bluechip assistant customer support told me that you should receive the bonus within 24 hrs as your bonus is being calculated. Means they lied , it's been more than 25 days they are still calculating my bonus and the second query which I raised today on bluechip for another cashback they are telling me to wait for 24 hrs , just like 25 days back they said , again they are fooling me. Also they made me sure that I already met all conditions successfully for the cashback.
