I made an account yesterday on this casino which I found through your website. Everything went okay and I deposited some money . Then when I had to login back again I couldnt. After some digging I think I misspelled my email and I dont remember how I wrote it while registering ! The thing goes. I send every other info I used to register to the [email protected] and I get no replies for about 20h ! Their website doesnt have an email confirmation on registering and I dont remember what email I used. They just dont reply , chat tells me to send email to support I do it and nobody replies and helps me.My money is there held hostage please guide me through this problem! I never thought it would be difficult for them to remind me the email I used since I provided all the other info even tho they didnt ask me to . Best regards

I provided everything else except the email I used during registration. Name, Phone , address, date of birth etc. Plus a photo of the two sides of my ID and an official tax file to prove my address even though they didnt ask for anything. No since they dont send an email confirmation. Yes live chat tells me to send an email and they dont reply on emails it’s a loop. I send the last email like 5 hours ago I sent maybe 10 emails yesterday no answer. They sometimes reply robotic without having read what I am saying. Can you call them here to answer so someone will pay attention to my case for 5 minutes and my problem will be solved? The matter I am dealing with is so easy to get solved and they choose to ignore me.

I have the deposit "receipt" with my name and their I guess an address they collaborate with? If you understand what I am saying… Just call a representative here please if someone pays attention for 5 minutes the problem will be solved. Except if they dont want my problem to get solved

That’s what they told me and this is what I replied to:


Guys listen to me . I mispelled the email while registering then I deposited and never got to play. I can prove that it’s me with other information I can’t just forget about my money and keep on with my life. It’s your fault afterall for not having an email confirmation at registration. How can we solve this ? I can give you EVERY INFO YOU WANT. I just made a typo . That’s all .
