I am currently experiencing a very concerning delay with my account verification and withdrawal access at Spybet Casino.
My account has been under verification for approximately one month, despite the fact that I have fully complied with all requested documentation.
Initially, I submitted the 2 x required verification documents on 10 March 2026. After a prolonged delay, I was then asked to provide an additional document as proof that my previous bank card had been cancelled.
I provided an official PDF from my bank confirming the cancellation of my debit card, including my full name, the last four digits of the card, and the date of cancellation.
However, after submitting this document, the same request was issued again without any explanation as to what was insufficient with the document already provided. My VIP manager has since confirmed that the original document is still under review, which makes the repeated request even more confusing.
Throughout this process: • I have fully complied with all verification requirements • My winnings are from cash play only • I have made multiple attempts to resolve this through support and VIP channels • I have received no clear timeframe or explanation for the ongoing delay
At this stage, nearly one month later, my withdrawals remain blocked and I am still waiting for verification to be completed.
I am concerned about the repeated delays, lack of communication, and inconsistent handling of my case, and I would appreciate assistance in resolving this matter.

Beware of SpyBet – VIP service absolutely unacceptable!
I would like to share my extremely negative experience with SpyBet – especially with the so-called VIP service. I deposited over €12,000 in a very short period of time, expecting to receive appropriate support as a VIP customer. Unfortunately, I was bitterly disappointed.
The chat support is practically useless: urgent inquiries only receive standardized answers – real help? None. The provided VIP email address does not respond at all, even after several days and repeated emails.
Even worse: My supposed VIP manager didn't get in touch for the first time until more than eight days later – and only in a very superficial way. After that, things continued like this:
Second contact attempt: another 7-day waiting period
The third time I was told I would have a "new VIP manager" – again 7 days without any response
Now, on the fourth attempt, I have been waiting for 14 days – nothing has come yet
I tried several times to reach the responsible VIP manager – without success. A certain "Darius" promised to be reachable via WhatsApp, but his number isn't registered on either WhatsApp or Telegram. This seems extremely dubious to me and seriously calls into question the credibility of the entire VIP program.
The behavior of the chat support is also particularly disappointing: They claim that the VIP manager will get back to me within 48 hours – a blatant lie. After I followed up, the chat was simply closed without comment.
Conclusion: High rollers hoping for competent service, reliability, and appreciation should urgently seek out a more reputable platform. At SpyBet, it seems that only money matters – service, communication, and customer loyalty are mere facades.

Ich möchte meine äußerst negative Erfahrung mit SpyBet teilen – insbesondere mit dem sogenannten VIP-Service. In kürzester Zeit habe ich über 12.000 € eingezahlt, in der Erwartung, als VIP-Kunde auch entsprechend betreut zu werden. Leider wurde ich bitter enttäuscht.
Der Chat-Support ist praktisch nutzlos: Auf dringende Anfragen folgen nur standardisierte Antworten – echte Hilfe? Fehlanzeige. Die angegebene VIP-Mailadresse vip@spybet.com reagiert überhaupt nicht, auch nach mehreren Tagen und wiederholten Mails.
Noch schlimmer: Mein angeblicher VIP-Manager hat sich erst nach über acht Tagen zum ersten Mal gemeldet – und das auch nur sehr oberflächlich. Danach ging es so weiter:
