This seems extremely dubious to me and seriously calls into question the credibility of the entire VIP program.

The behavior of the chat support is also particularly disappointing: They claim that the VIP manager will get back to me within 48 hours – a blatant lie. After I followed up, the chat was simply closed without comment.

Conclusion: High rollers hoping for competent service, reliability, and appreciation should urgently seek out a more reputable platform. At SpyBet, it seems that only money matters – service, communication, and customer loyalty are mere facades.

Ich möchte meine äußerst negative Erfahrung mit SpyBet teilen – insbesondere mit dem sogenannten VIP-Service. In kürzester Zeit habe ich über 12.000 € eingezahlt, in der Erwartung, als VIP-Kunde auch entsprechend betreut zu werden. Leider wurde ich bitter enttäuscht.

Der Chat-Support ist praktisch nutzlos: Auf dringende Anfragen folgen nur standardisierte Antworten – echte Hilfe? Fehlanzeige. Die angegebene VIP-Mailadresse vip@spybet.com reagiert überhaupt nicht, auch nach mehreren Tagen und wiederholten Mails.

Noch schlimmer: Mein angeblicher VIP-Manager hat sich erst nach über acht Tagen zum ersten Mal gemeldet – und das auch nur sehr oberflächlich. Danach ging es so weiter:

Fazit: Wer als Highroller auf kompetenten Service, Verlässlichkeit und Wertschätzung hofft, sollte sich dringend eine seriösere Plattform suchen. Bei SpyBet zählt offenbar nur das Geld – Service, Kommunikation und Kundenbindung sind reine Fassade.
