Hi There,


I deposited 5000 on the 21/11/2022 via phone pe. Till date i have bee n bewting around the bush thich chat( which does not work as either you are cut off or they just take time only to get disconnected halfway) and email ( only to recieve automated response). No one has been helping me as when i checked the bank the amount has reached the person whose name showed up on phonepe. I am being cheated the very first time. I attached screenshot through chats and email, but no soul is responding. All i want is for the amount to be refunded back to my bank account. Please help.

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint and forwarding your payment receipt. I’m sorry to hear about your problem.

I would like to warn you, that if your deposit has never been credited to your casino account, the only thing you can do is to contact your payment provider as you did already. They need to investigate, but bear in mind, that it’s a lengthy process which takes approximately one month. In these cases, casino has its hands tied. Meanwhile, I would strongly recommend not to deposit any more funds until the issue is sorted.

If the money got lost during the transaction, it’s going to take some time before it’ll be located and refunded back to you or credited to your casino account.

Could you please advise if it was your first deposit attempt in this casino? Have you contacted your bank or phone provider already?

Apologies for the delay. I managed to find a way to re activate the amount through bluechip app. This is not the provider issue but the lack of responsibility on the part of bluechip to check the transaction and see why a fund is with them with no clear information. Having said that, to the question asked by the bluechip whether this is my first deposit. Yes it is indeed.


Now lets get to the other side of the issue after deposit has been made. I placed 2 withdrawals (3,000 &3,100 rupees) on the 30th November, it shows approved by the bluechip in their thransaction history since 30th November. I have sent email and had multiple chats but all in vain as the email has not been responded and the agents only say i am the only exception case where funds have not been credited to to the bank account. I have lost all hopes on the amount as bluechip is not trustable and has made me suffer alot. My humble request is please get my hard earned money put in my bank as all other funds have been credited except bluechip hence not an provider issue. They are just holding up my money.

However, I will set the timer for additional 3 days allowing to casino two full weeks to process the payment and if there’s no development by Wednesday, we will intervene.
