The player from India had deposited 30,000 INR with Bluechip Casino, expecting to receive a 35% real money bonus. However, he was given a different bonus and wanted the promised 10,500 INR. We had clarified that the bonus rules required a deposit on Wednesday, but the player had deposited on Monday. Therefore, he did not qualify for the bonus. However, the player later confirmed that he had received the bonus and asked us to close the complaint. We marked the complaint as resolved.

Hello sir I received an offer of 35% Real money on deposit

So I deposited 30000 INR with ongoing conversation with bluechip casino VIP manager

He said OK Deposit 30000 INR

You will get 10500 INR in your balance

Than I said OK I am depositing just wait (I will also share all chat with you sir )

In this chat I also confirmed If I will get it today or Wednesday

He replied you deposited enough amount on last Wednesday you just deposit minimum of 9000 INR to get this bonus

Then sir I deposited 30000 INR and said them to credit my balance with real money of 10500 INR

He said OK

But after sometime I received a reply that 20 Freebets of JetX credited

Even the bonus that I have not applied for was given to handle me quietly

Was this ethical ?

Sir I am sharing all detailed screenshot of bonus as well as chat done with Bluechip managers

Pls resolve my issue of 10500 INR

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your negative experience with BlueChip Casino.

I can see the rules of the bonus require you to make a deposit on Wednesday, however, you made a deposit on Monday 8th of April.

As such you didn't qualify for the bonus the casino offers.

Please let me know if there are any circumstances I overlooked, otherwise we'll close the complaint as unjustified.
