Was this your first withdrawal request in the casino? Is your account already verified and if yes, since when? Did you use any bonus to accumulate your current winnings?

Please note that sometimes the casino blocks the player account until the verification process is finished so it is possible that you are experiencing the same case.

Sorry for being late; Yes, my first withdrawal was after 2 years of membership and it was very interesting, they blocked me during the withdrawal and I asked for support, they said it was blocked due to your private issues and they refused for the reason! Yes, I was blocked for $ 100 after depositing $ 100 and when I tried to withdraw $ 500.

I totally played with deposit money and I always played for fun in these 2 years and in the end my account balance always reached zero! But that day, luck came to my aid and I was able to win a lot of money in the game and I was very happy because I thought that with this withdrawal, the losses I did would be compensated, but when I registered the request, they were fully accounted after 10 minutes. Delete me and I'm totally confused !!!!! They even blocked my email so I could not communicate! When I reached out to support with another email and asked him why he was doing this; He replied that you were blocked due to your confidential issues and unfortunately we can not say why it is confidential !!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have tried to contact the casino repeatedly but without success. Since the casino has no license and doesn't refer to any ADR service, I’m afraid there is nothing that can be done without cooperation from its side.

I will mark the complaint "unresolved" in our system. I understand this isn't a satisfactory solution to your issue. However, the decrease in rating caused by unresolved complaints may help to change the casino's approach.
