I made a deposit to the casino and spun once before making sure the spin bonus was complete, I had free spins and won so little that the 40x replay was .176 LTC..... but my balance was over 4LTC. Idon't recall if i played before getting the bonus because i was on a few. I do know i didn't play any of the bonus or anything after canceling the bonus. I checked and noticed i didn't cancel it. I didn't want them to cap anything I deposited for obvious reason so I canceled it. My amount went from over 4LTC to .4LTC

The gentleman claimed I played with it and I sent proof I hadn't. This isn't the first time this has happened but I didn't have screen shots before. Assumed I made a mistake but this time he claims I played the bonus on the date and that date shows the bonus was canceled without me playing. He still refused and I emailed as well. I want my LTC returned because I didn't have multiple bonuses and I didn't play with a bonus any time after my deposit. I want my LTC back to the amount iy was before I canceled the bonus I never used. Thanks for any help you can give me. I'm almost sure I won and wag over 4LTC and they took all of it but that tiny bit when I canceled a free spin bonus they put on there. I truly don't see how else to explain me not using it and them penalizing me for not seeing they added it before depositing. Either way it's immoral and disrespectful, to say the least.

I have no idea what the terms were but they added it without my permission because they would have had to because I had been playing as the response even shows for a day without a bonus and that's how I always play with this casino literally do not touch the bonuses and it was added and I don't know why or when but as you can see where I added the information also I didn't play any of it because as soon as I seen it I canceled it

I kept asking the same question and the responses came later and later and eventually he just stopped answering but I showed them just like I'm showing you they added it not me and I don't ever play with them and not only that I canceled it without touching the bonus so even if I had the blownest play through was .146LTC ........ I did not play anything on it I just canceled it and I was at over 4 Litecoin so how in the world does that add up even if they did take everything I won during the bonus even though I didn't play or consecutive bonuses which I don't do and I'm pretty sure they don't so it doesn't make sense that they're telling me I played when even on the screenshot I showed you that entire thing I didn't play any of them bonuses they added and not only that I canceled them all the same way every time and this is the only time they've ever done it and they are refusing to give me any information as to how it even happens because I didn't touch it at all and I cannot stress that enough I did not use it they added it without permission and I canceled it

According to this I participated in the free spins but according to the actual info there the playthrough was less than.2LTC

I am getting no answer as to how, even if I spun 25 times and canceled, which I didn't, that play through wouldn't make a dent as far as my balance was concerned. It went from over $300 to $30 because of.60 cents? No. Absolutely not.
