Yea so, I made a deposit and didn't use any bonuses or promo. I played for about 2 hours and won a little. I attempted a withdrawal and received a confirmation email to verify wallet address, which i did. The site boasts it's 'instant withdraws' but thats a bold lie. I contacted support a few hours later and was assured it was being processed. I woke up the next day, nothing in my crypto wallet, and no emails from the casino. I attempted login and got an error. Attempted a chat but was not told anything. I want my money out, atleast my initial deposait amount but preferrably all of it
