The player's account got closed for having multiple accounts. The complaint was rejected as the player stopped responding.
I have had my account closed due to multiple accounts but I don't have multiple accounts. There is a chance another family member has an account as I used my home address for all post and account verification. They had no issue taking deposits and now that I try to withdraw they are refusing and closed my account. I provided all relevant documentation but now I don't feel secure with a company like this having any personal info
