I have had my account closed due to multiple accounts but I don't have multiple accounts. There is a chance another family member has an account as I used my home address for all post and account verification. They had no issue taking deposits and now that I try to withdraw they are refusing and closed my account. I provided all relevant documentation but now I don't feel secure with a company like this having any personal info

When exactly did they close your casino? Did you ever withdrew from the casino? Did the casino provide any evidence of you having multiple accounts?
