I deposited PHP 15,000 to my betwinner account using Gcash (ewallet). In my previous transactions the deposited is credited right away (usually in less than 2 mins).


Now, it has been more than 15 mins and the deposit is still not reflected.


I chat with the customer service rep and he's asking me to wait 24 hours. This is very inconvenient. Had I known, they would hold the deposit for 24 hours. I would have looked for another book maker.

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your problem.

I would like to warn you, that if your deposit has never been credited to your casino account, the only thing you can do is to contact your payment provider. They need to investigate, but bear in mind, that it’s a lengthy process which takes approximately one month. In these cases, the casino has its hands tied. Meanwhile, I would strongly recommend not depositing any more funds until the issue is sorted.

Could you please advise if the e-wallet address to deposit funds into your account was visible on the casino’s website for all the players or if you have been provided a unique one when opening the account?
