No have made about 4 attempts and they say all the time that it did not go and did not go, now they have removed withdrawal methods that I can use. Has the Customer service already informed the customer, the withdrawals are not cancelled by us, they were processed but were return by is bank provider. The finance department even allow for him to withdrawal by other method since this issue persist. Still, all the withdrawals requested by the customer by the same method, we do processed them. The issue comes from is bank provider but we already offer the solution to withdrawal by other method.

So now I have made 2 withdrawals with a certain card and both of them are SEK 5000, because usually they cancel more than 2 withdrawals at the same time, but I hope it works now.

As previously indicated by Customer Service, the withdrawals have been processed by Bettilt, however, they were returned into the customer´s Bettilt account by the bank provider. Please note that it was suggested by the Finance Department, for the customer to request his withdrawal using an alternative method, in order for him to receive his funds. However, those recommendations were not followed by the user, who keeps requesting the withdrawals using the same method. In addition to that, taking in account that the user requested another withdrawal by the same method where the issue persists, we remind that after making the withdrawal request, it will be processed within 72 hours. After processing, it takes between 3 to 5 working days to receive into his account.However, due to the fact that the issue arises from the bank provider, we kindly advise once again for him to use an alternative method to withdraw such as bitcoin for example. Thank you for understanding.

I understand your frustration Endrik, but please note that the bank may decline some transactions. Is there any chance that you will try the bitcoin transfer? Bitcoin transactions are made without a problem, and it would be the simplest solution.
Do not have a bitcoin account and do not want to do it because I already have so many banks
You can create the account make a transfer and then close it. But I am afraid that in this situation we can't help you. Every casino has in their terms and condition the rule saying that some payment method may be unavailable temporarly and in this case you should make an withdrawal in alternative payment method. You can try another bank but my opinion is that bitcoin transfer is fastest and simplest solution.
